This mod adds NPCs to countless new locations and replaces some of the old npcs with Leveled Creatures. It tweaks the world by replacing, for example, leveled creaturesAdds enemies and guards to the wilderness! No longer will you be less than entertained on those long journeys. Also each of these new enemies have different types that stay close to your level and prove adiquet loot.
