Empires 2.12 Changes:
-Added: resource label in the top right now shows the change in res flow
-Fixed: crash on map load after having played the previous round as commander
This is a hotfix for Empires 2.1. This will fix a crash and add a new resource counter that shows how resources are changing per second. This can be installed over Empires 2.1 or 2.11.
